Les Mills is actually a person. He was a four-time track and field Olympian who opened his first gym in Auckland, New Zealand, in 1968. Over the years, Les and his family went on to build the group fitness brand of the same name that’s world renowned for its dynamic programming based on science, top-notch instructors, and high-energy workouts to fun beats.

Les Mills workout, while the calories burned during a LES MILLS CORE workout are relatively low, there are some long-term calorie burn benefits. LES MILLS CORE builds lean muscle mass in your core, so it increases your body's ability to burn calories during power, strength and high-intensity exercise

Why Les Mills is so popular?

Each release kit costs approximately $35, which is usually paid for by the instructor (although at my gym, we are reimbursed for our releases each quarter). A release kit includes: Video of the full class with education. Music for the class.

How often should you do les mills core? 
For best results, we recommend you do two to three LES MILLS CORE workouts a week and make sure you have a day off in between. Add two or three cardio workouts, and a full-body strength workout into the mix and you'll shape and tone your body in no time.
