Vendor Setup
Please bring the items needed for your own setup, such as a table, tablecloth, displays, signage, and products. Outdoor vendors can bring their own tent or canopy.
Please note:
- Internet/Wi-Fi access is not provided.
- Electrical/power access is not provided.
- Tables, chairs, tents, or other equipment are not available for rent at this time.
- Vendors are welcome to bring their own equipment and supplies needed for their setup.
Food Vendor Information
Food vendors and food trucks may need permits or other approvals depending on the type of food being sold and how it is prepared.
Please make sure you have the appropriate food permit or approval for your business before the event. We may ask for a copy of your documentation when reviewing your application.

Your participation is also an opportunity to promote and grow your business beyond the event. Your vendor package includes a Club Surge USA Business Profile, vendor listing, and event promotion.

- Equal profit share from bag sales among all Bulk Drop Vendors
You provide:
- Bulk items (small, packaged, or grab-and-go products)
- Labeling or simple branding, if desired
- No need to be on-site — just drop off and go!

Booth Vendor — $100
Set up your own booth and connect directly with customers.

- A dedicated booth space at the event
